The “Video Game Creator” training program has been launched as part of the development strategy for the Gaming Industry of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, in collaboration with the French Embassy in Morocco.

The program, set to be completed in 2025, is a one-year, multi-disciplinary certification program designed for 40 young Moroccan learners in the field of video games.

This high-level training program aims to enhance the professional and managerial skills of young Moroccans in order to support the development of the gaming industry in Morocco.

«Video Game Creator» will be conducted in partnership with three institutes:

• ISART DIGITAL, the world’s second-best video game school, to provide training through its faculty.
• International University of Rabat, to host the training course on its campus
• The Higher Institute of Audiovisual and Film Professions Foundation, to provide the necessary logistical resources

To reduce social and territorial disparities, it is crucial to offer all young Moroccans the opportunity to fully benefit from this program through an ambitious scheme:

• Tuition fees, usually very high for this type of training, will be fully covered by the partners.
• Workstations will be made available to learners.
• Accommodation will be provided on the UIR campus in Rabat.

The management and coordination between all the partners of this “Video Game Creator” program will be ensured by the Ministry’s Communication Department.
